imleo.it is a showcase: it presents experience, working method and skills, and offers a form to get in touch. It sells nothing online and requires no account.

03Acceptable use

You may read, save and share these pages for personal or professional use. Please do not:

• use the contact form for automated submissions, unsolicited advertising or unlawful content;
• attempt to reach private areas, circumvent rate limiting or otherwise compromise the security of the site;
• harvest the content in bulk with automated tools, beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
• reproduce the site or substantial parts of it to build a competing one.

04Intellectual property

Text, graphics, illustrations, source code, structure and layout of the site are mine and protected by copyright law. No licence is granted by implication.

Client names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and appear solely to describe work carried out. The cases shown are published with the clients' consent or concern information that is already public.

05Content and availability

I take care to keep the published information current, but I do not guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors, nor that the site will be reachable without interruption. The service is provided “as is” and I may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damages arising from the use or the inability to use the site, from service interruptions, or from reliance on published information. Liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and any mandatory consumer rights, remain unaffected.

The site links to third-party sites, including client work and social profiles. I have no control over their content or their data practices: once you open them, their own terms and notices apply.

Information on the site and replies to enquiries are not a binding contractual offer. A professional relationship only starts with a written quote accepted by both parties, setting out scope, timing, cost and conditions.

Indicative response times, availability and any figures mentioned on the site are informational only.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with parties acting in the course of their business or profession, the courts of Bolzano, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.
